Kilpatrick & Co have successfully secured a new letting on a shop in Regent Circus, formerly occupied by RWK Goodman Solicitors before they relocated.

The shop comprises of 432 sq ft of sales area and a further 333 sq ft of stores at the rear of the property & a toilet. The asking rent was £15,750 per annum.

The new tenant is Superpizza Ltd, who are currently fitting out the property and will be opening shortly.
