Kilpatrick & Co have successfully secured a new letting on a shop in Havelock Street, formerly occupied by Post and Packaging before they went into administration.

The shop comprises of 1,016 sq ft of sales area, stores, kitchenette & a toilet. The asking rent was £18,000 per annum.

The new tenant is Ambala Foods Ltd, who are currently fitting out the property and will be opening shortly. They provide “high quality South Asian confectionery (mithai) and savouries.”
