Kilpatrick & Co have successfully secured a lease assignment on Unit 7/8 Salisbury Road Business Park, Pewsey, an industrial unit that was converted into offices and a workshop, formerly occupied by Haine & Smith Opticians before they relocated their head office to Devizes.

Unit 7/8 extends to 3,364 sq ft on the ground floor and 640 sq ft of office space on the first floor which makes a total of 4,086 sq ft. The unit has two roller shutter doors serving the warehouse. The lease assignment is the remainder of a 10 year lease from March 2017 at a rent of £15,000 per annum. The new tenant, Sibor Ltd are an electrical engineering company.
